Simplified process - Industry-based Learning (IBL) course
From 2011, schools are no longer required to apply for endorsement to offer the IBL course to eligible students.
Schools will be able to directly enter their students into the appropriate IBL course number through Schools Online (Administration).
Eligible students are those with an approved schools-based apprenticeship or traineeship training contract and who are also entered for the appropriate HSC VET course(s) for the formal off-the-job training component of the school-based apprenticeship or traineeship.

Effective: Commencement of 2011 school year
