2013 HSC Rules and Procedures now available
The 2013 HSC Rules and Procedures are now online. Copies of the 2013 HSC Rules and Procedures Guide were mailed to schools last week for distribution to students completing their HSC in 2013.
These rules and procedures set out the main requirements governing the HSC in relation to:
- Eligibility requirements
- HSC pathways
- Entering for the HSC
- HSC assessment
- Course completion
- HSC examinations
- HSC results
- Copyright and privacy
The guide also includes a handy checklist for students, which highlights tasks students need to complete during each school term.
The Education Act 1990 (NSW) governs the award of the HSC. The Board of Studies, under this Act, grants certificates to students who comply with the Act and the Board’s requirements.
