More than 250 people have already registered for a consultation meeting about the draft K-10 syllabuses (version 2) for English, Mathematics, Science and History.

Meetings begin Monday 5 March and conclude with Mathematics in Bega on 21 March. All meetings are from 4.00 to 6.00pm and registrations close the day before.

These meetings are endorsed by the NSW Institute of Teachers and count towards 2 hours of professional development. 

Teachers and interested members of the public can also complete an online survey to have their say about the draft syllabuses. The syllabuses can be viewed in PDF or navigated using the new interactive online format.

The focus of consultation is on changes made to the draft syllabuses as a result of feedback received in the first round of consultation in 2011. The second round of consultation ends 31 March 2012.
