Approved scientific calculators for the 2012 HSC examinations
The list of Board approved scientific calculators has been refreshed for the 2012 Higher School Certificate examinations. The examinations in which scientific calculators are permitted are listed in the Equipment Checklist for HSC Examinations.
The Board’s website also lists the features of approved scientific calculators and the features that are not permitted.
Anyone seeking approval for the use of a scientific calculator not on the Board’s approved list should contact Chris Thompson by Friday, 29 June 2012.
Please note this list of approved scientific calculators does not apply to the General Mathematics HSC Examination. Please refer to Calculators for use in the General Mathematics HSC Examination.
