This week, secondary principals will receive a package from the Board containing a letter for each student at their school entered for at least one HSC course in 2012. These letters should be distributed to students as soon as practicable.

The letter contains the student’s HSC PIN, which – along with their Board of Studies student number – allows them to log in to the Board’s Students Online website. It will also allow them to access their HSC results online or by SMS or phone at the end of the year.

Students Online is a website designed specifically for HSC students with information, tips and tools to assist them in their study throughout the year. From next Monday (30 April), students will also be able to access their personal HSC timetable, showing the dates and times for each of their examinations.

Staff and parents are also encouraged to visit the site to find useful information about exam preparation and frequently asked questions about the HSC.

In addition, Students Online allows students to access information held about them by the Board, including their enrolment and personal details. Please encourage your students to check these details.
