A complete schedule of students with approved disability provisions is available via Schools Online. Schools can update, access and print this schedule at any time.

This schedule is useful for ensuring that:

• all students with a disability and their approved provisions have been included
• sufficient rooms and resources are available, for example readers and writers on each examination day
• the Presiding Officer has sufficient supervisors to invigilate all students, including those with small group or separate supervision. To assist with their planning, we ask that a copy of this schedule be provided to the school’s Presiding Officer. A final report will be posted directly to the Presiding Officer in early October.

The schedule was updated on Friday, 31 August and is available in the My Reports section of Schools Online in the Disability Provisions folder. This schedule can be refreshed at any time if your school has submitted a late or emergency application, or a successful appeal.

If a student for whom disability provisions were sought does not appear on the list, please check the status of the application under the Work with Disability Provisions section of Schools Online.
