New HSC examination numbers for Automotive, Hospitality and Information and Digital Technology

The Automotive, Hospitality and Information and Digital Technology HSC examinations have separate written papers for each HSC stream within the course. Candidates are required to complete the paper based on the stream they have studied.
The previous generic HSC examination number for each of the Frameworks has been replaced by a number specific to the HSC stream.
When entering a student on Schools Online (Administration) for these VET HSC examinations, the school will enter them into the HSC examination number based on the HSC stream focus area they will study. This determines the written paper the student will undertake in the HSC examination.
Schools are responsible for ensuring students are entered in the correct HSC examination number even if the VET course is being delivered by TAFE or a private provider.
Documentation for the Automotive, Hospitality and Information and Digital Technology Curriculum Frameworks have been updated and are available on the BOSTES website.
