Official Notice: Minor update to the Stage 6 Retail Services Curriculum Framework

Head teachers (HSIE)
Retail Services teachers

 

The Stage 6 Retail Services Curriculum Framework syllabus is based on version 3.3 of the SIR07 Training Package.

Imported units of competency in the HSC elective pool of the Framework have been updated:
• SITHFAB203 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages replaces SITHFAB010C
• SITHFAB204 Prepare and serve espresso coffee replaces SITHFAB012B.

SITXFAS101 Use hygienic practices for food safety has been added to the HSC elective pool.

These minor amendments do not alter the HSC course structures or the HSC Content.

The updated syllabus and associated documents are available on the BOSTES website .
