New BOSTES brand

I trust you enjoyed a relaxing break over Easter and Anzac Day.

I am pleased to introduce the new Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards (BOSTES) brand in our first Term 2 edition of the BOSTES Bulletin. From today, you will start to see the new brand appear across our key communications, credentials and documents, including:

  • the Higher School Certificate (HSC) and Record of School Achievement (RoSA) credentials
  • teacher accreditation cards
  • the BOSTES corporate and other websites.

By bringing student learning, curriculum and teacher quality outcomes together, BOSTES is well positioned to lead further improvements to the already high standards of achievement in NSW schools.

I am confident that our new brand will support our important objective of ensuring that curriculum, assessment and teaching and regulatory standards are developed, applied and monitored in a way that drives quality teaching and improves student learning.
