Information regarding the certification of projects, submitted works and performances is now available for 2014 Higher School Certificate (HSC) students, supervising teachers and Principals.

The updated information relates to HSC courses that include a project, submitted work or performance as part of the HSC examination.

The following documents are available at Schools Online in the ‘HSC Practical Certification’ folder in the Memos and Documents section:

1. Information for Principals and Head Teachers/Coordinators details the responsibilities of the Principal and Head Teacher/Coordinator in the certification process.
2. Information for Supervising Teachers provides guidance and advice on requirements for certification and best practice in monitoring and supervising work in progress. It also contains a pro-forma that can be used to help document the progress of students' work.
3. The pro-forma for monitoring students’ project work is also published as a Word document so teachers can modify it to suit their preferred approach. It is a convenient format for maintaining notes on progress at various stages in the development of each student’s project.

The following document for students is available on Students Online at the Practical and Performance Exams link under the Exams tab.
