BOSTES has worked with school sector representatives on behalf of their RTOs to update various VET functions available on Schools Online.

The enhancements, within Schools Online > Vocational Education (VET) > Competencies by Student, include:

• new expand, collapse and save buttons
• qualification eligibility messaging
• headings that arrange the competency data in the order of the relevant qualification requirements.

A guide to the new enhancements can be found via Schools Online > Vocational Education (VET) > Downloads > Memos and Documents > VET.

In addition, the ability to collect and maintain a student’s Unique Student Identifier (USI) via Schools Online is now available. Your school sector will provide further advice regarding the collection and maintenance of the Unique Student Identifier (USI) function. Please wait for advice from your school sector before using this function.
