Official Notice - Student writing booklets for IPT, General Mathematics and Mathematics HSC exams
BOS 34/08 (Vol 17 No 3)
Writing booklets for the 2008 Information Processes and Technology, General Mathematics and Mathematics HSC examinations will have student numbers and centre numbers printed on the front page. Question numbers will also be printed on these booklets, except for Section III of the Information Processes and Technology examination, where students will be required to write the numbers of the two option questions that they answer in the spaces provided.
The folded A3 writing booklets will consist of four A4 pages: a cover page and three lined pages for student working and/or answers. Additional writing booklets will be available for students if required.
The multiple-choice answer sheet for the Information Processes and Technology and General Mathematics examinations will also be in a folded A3 booklet.
A generic (ie not course-specific) example of both the multiple-choice answer sheet and the writing booklet are available for teachers and students to view on the Board's website.
