One week left to provide feedback on the K-10 draft syllabuses

The consultation period on the draft K-10 syllabuses version 2 for English, Mathematics, Science and History will end on 30 April 2012.

To maintain the high quality of our K-10 syllabuses, it is important that we receive input from teachers and interested members of the public. The Board encourages you to have your say by completing an online survey.

The syllabuses can be viewed in PDF or navigated using the new interactive online format.

The interactive online format is designed to make it quicker and easier to access the NSW draft syllabuses. In each draft syllabus, content can be navigated by stage or by strand, immediately showing progression across stages and transitions between Primary and Secondary.

Additional features and functionality will be added throughout 2012, including:

  • Programming tools so teaching and learning programmes, plans and units of work can be quickly created.
  • Online resources linked to syllabus content across all stages.

The Board encourages everyone to view the interactive online format. Please tell us what you think and let us know how we can make it more useful.
