Official Notice: Applications for approval of school providers to deliver courses to overseas students

Who needs to read this notice:
Principals and proprietors of non-government schools
Representatives of systems of non-government schools
Principal Executive Officers of school providers
Effective: Immediately
The following applications from NSW school providers must be submitted by 31 March 2015:
- renewal of approval where approval expires at the end of 2015
- initial approval of new school providers to commence delivery of courses to overseas students in 2016.
The requirements for approval are detailed in the Guidelines for Approved NSW School Providers Delivering Courses to Overseas Students (‘the Guidelines’). The most up-to-date version of the Guidelines is available at www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/overseas-students.
