HSC students can access their results online or by SMS from 6am Wednesday 17 December. Principals can also see their students’ HSC results on Schools Online.

Most students are expected to view their results online by going to www.hscresults.nsw.edu.au or www.hsc-results.nsw.edu.au. Students need their student number and HSC PIN to log in to this secure results site.

Students who wish to have their results sent automatically via SMS need to register before 5pm 16 December via My Details in their Students Online account.

2014 HSC Merit Lists are published progressively on the BOSTES website.

Tuesday 16 December pm:

• First in Course – students who come first in an HSC course (provided their result is also in the top band).

Wednesday 17 December pm:

• All Rounders – students who are distinguished achievers for courses totalling 10 or more units.
• Top Achievers – students who are in the top places in each course and who have also achieved a top band result.
• Distinguished Achievers – students who have received a top band result in one or more HSC courses. 

Schools can also see if their students are placed on the merit lists via Schools Online.

The HSC Results Inquiry Centre (1300 13 83 23) opens at 8am Wednesday 17 December. This phone service offers a valuable opportunity for students to speak to experienced BOSTES staff about all aspects of their results.
