Official Notice - Update to the Retail Services Curriculum Framework for 2011

The Retail Services Curriculum Framework has been updated to the latest version of the Retail Services Training Package (SIR07v1.2).
Schools and colleges should ensure that RTOs delivering courses from the Retail Services Curriculum Framework amend their teaching programs to reflect the changes.
The key change to the Retail Services syllabus is the replacement of three elective units of competency with the latest version from the parent Training Package. The new elective units of competency are BSBINM202A Handle mail, BSBWOR204A Use business technology and BSBPRO401A Develop product knowledge.
Details of the changes are outlined in the Retail Services Modification History and the updated syllabus documents are also available.
