Official Notice - Stage 6 Technology Life Skills Syllabus
A review of the Stage 6 Technological and Applied Studies Life Skills Syllabus (1999, amended 2007) has been undertaken by the Board to provide:
- additional curriculum options in the Technology Learning Area
- a continuum of learning from the Life Skills outcomes and content in the Years 7-10 syllabuses.
The amended syllabus, now titled Stage 6 Technology Life Skills Syllabus, will replace the Stage 6 Technological and Applied Studies Life Skills Syllabus (1999, amended 2007) and will be implemented in 2011 for students undertaking preliminary course(s) from the syllabus. Teachers will continue to use the 1999/2007 syllabus for students studying the HSC Stage 6 Technological and Applied Studies Life Skills course in 2011.
