Principals are reminded that certification of 2012 HSC student assessment data is to be completed by Friday, 21 September 2012.

Principals need to electronically certify that their school’s HSC assessment marks, VET examination estimates and Life Skills outcomes are correct. The Higher School Certificate Assessment Certification function is located in the ‘Data Collection - Principal Certifications’ section of Schools Online.

Information to assist principals with the certification process can be found in the ‘Memos and Documents’ section of Schools Online, in the ‘Assessments, Estimates and Outcomes’ folder. This document contains a checklist to assist in the certification process.

Amendments to Year 12 (HSC) entries now closed

Amendments to entries via Schools Online for 2012 Year 12 (HSC) students closed on Friday, 14 September 2012.

The student details, course enrolments and assessment data as they appear in Schools Online will be the source of information used by the Board to create each Year 12 student’s HSC credential.
