In preparation for HSC assessment mark submission, schools are requested to check that their HSC student entries are correct in Schools Online. It is particularly important that students who intend on sitting the optional HSC examination in any VET course are entered into both the course and the examination.

While checking these entries, please ensure that a photograph has been uploaded for all HSC students, and a valid email address has been provided. The photographs will allow the HSC Presiding Officer to easily identify students during the HSC written examinations. The email addresses will be used by the Board to communicate important information directly to all HSC students later in the term.
