The Board's HSC results services begin soon after the release of results online and by SMS on Wednesday, 18 December 2013.

Services include the following:

HSC Results Inquiry Centre – 1300 13 83 23
This is a telephone service for students to call after results are released. The Inquiry Centre enables students to talk with experienced Board staff who are able to answer questions about their HSC results or the systems behind determining and processing them. Available on 18 December from 8 am to 5 pm, then weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. The service is closed on weekends and public holidays, and from midday on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

The following services will be available from 20 December 2013 until 28 February 2014 for a small fee via Students Online.

HSC Results Check
If students feel an examination mark is not consistent with their expectation, the HSC Results Check can confirm the correct and accurate processing of their marks.

HSC Raw Marks Report
Students are able to request the HSC Raw Marks Report for each course they studied. This report details the student’s raw examination marks for the courses requested.

HSC Examination Responses
Students may request a copy of their HSC Examination Responses for each of their courses with a written examination.

There is also a range of resources available in the HSC Results section of the Board’s website. This may help clarify and explain the systems behind the determination and processing of results.
