Official Notice: Minor update to the Stage 6 Electrotechnology Curriculum Framework

The Stage 6 Electrotechnology Curriculum Framework has been amended to align with version 1.3 of the UEE11 Training Package.
These minor amendments do not alter the HSC course structures or the HSC content.
The minor amendments are version updates of HSC elective units of competency imported from another Training Package and a correction to weighting points for one HSC elective unit of competency:
- HLTFA311A Apply first aid replaces HLTFA301C
- HLTCPR211A Perform CPR replaces HLTCPR201B
- UEENEED146A Set up and configure basic local area network (LAN) – 40 points.
Details of the amendments are outlined in the Electrotechnology Modification History (PDF). The updated syllabus and Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start) (UEE22011) documents are available on the Board of Studies website.
The updated units of competency are available for download at http://training.gov.au.
