From 2013, schools are required to submit grades, Life Skills outcomes and VET competencies to the Board of Studies for Year 11 students.

Schools Online will open on Monday, 16 September 2013 for schools to submit this information. An information guide is available in Schools Online > Downloads > Memos and Documents, to assist schools. Principals should check that all relevant teachers have the appropriate Schools Online access.

The closing date for submitting Year 11 grades, outcomes and competencies is Friday, 25 October 2013.

Additional grade allocation support available

Schools can monitor their patterns of grades for Preliminary courses by comparing them to other data about the performance of students at their school. For information on how to do this, visit Guide to awarding, moderating and monitoring grades on the Board's website.
