This year, students undertaking the following examination components will be required to submit their works in PDF format:

• English Extension 2 – Print Medium and Sound Medium
• Music 1 – Composition
• Music 2 – Composition and Musicology
• Music Extension – Composition and Musicology

Schools should submit these works to BOSTES via Schools Online. Further information and specific instructions for saving submitted works as PDFs will be available in the ‘Memos and Documents’ section of Schools Online in June. The upload function will open on the “hand-in” date published in the 2015 HSC important dates for practical and performance examinations.

Teachers of English Extension 2 are reminded that from 2015 there are revised word limits for English Extension 2 short story(ies) and critical responses. Amended examination specifications, updated FAQs and Fact Sheets are now available.
